Stayed at same hotel 3 days earlier and we had a 3rd floor room with a view of the water and that's the only reason this was a 4 star review. This last room was ground floor and close enough to the desk to hear the comings and goings of guests all through the night. The hot tub wasn't working-due to a customer spilling a drink in it. Not the staffs fault but was still a letdown. Room only had 1 queensize bed when we expected two.

The hotel is showing its age. The shower head needs an upgrade to one that provides spray options - they are not expensive and would be better than an old scaled one that sprays every where. Also the shower curtain needs to be bleached or replaced. And the floor was not clean.
