The property appears to be quite dated. The carpet in the main hallway looks noticeably worn and unclean. The television is relatively small and positioned on a low table rather than mounted on the wall, making it uncomfortable to watch from the bed. The mattress is also quite soft, which may not suit all guests. The provided toiletries — including conditioner, shampoo, body wash, and lotion — have a pleasant fragrance. Our room faced the road, which made it noisy when the window was open; however, the room tended to feel stuffy when closed. The reception is located on the second floor, accessible only by a narrow staircase, requiring guests to carry their own luggage upstairs — which could be challenging for those with large or heavy bags. On a positive note, there is a convenient parking area directly in front of the hotel, making it easy to unload luggage upon arrival.

Booked the Craigellachie hotel as a last minute trip for my partners birthday. The hotel is beautiful and the location very good. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the service from Oscar in the Quaich bar made our whole trip. The bathroom in our room was a little tired, but we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room so didn’t mind. Would definitely return.

Great location and lovely service tr where very friendly good wholesome food quick delivery . Hotel room bed sagged in the middle has seen better days TV didn’t work and shower leaked over to floor .not a good night but the location has character and staff made up for room level
