Good Behaviour of staff
I can rate this property upto 4 star for service & support. on our checkin day our room had plumbing issues & no other rooms are available. Hotel staff politely request us to adjust in a single ocupancy room which is available or they can shift us a different hotel. But we were so tired at that time, not possible to go anywhere & it was 12 O'clock at night. Any how we adjusted in a single room with extra matress & next day morning, they provide us a complimentary dellicious breakfast with tea and provided us a discount voucher also for next booking. After 2 days our trip ended & before catching the train we went to the same hotel & requested for a room for an hour to freshen up & change our clothes. Surprisingly they provided us free room also gave us complimentary Tea & snacks. Really their service & behaviour is amazing & appreciable.
