The good news: The bedding was clean and there was hot water. The breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and the restaurant and grounds are pretty. The rest: The room was not well cleaned and hadn’t been for quite some time. I accidentally stuck my foot under the bed and there was a disgusting layer of dirt and dust. The curtains had a visible layer of dust. The closet shelf was dirty. There is nowhere to put things so you need to live out of your suitcase. There are four hangers in the closet and a shelf (which I already mentioned was dirty). It is very noisy. Partly because of the metal roof. One of the people in a room near us had a cough and we heard it all night for two nights. Because there is nothing much in the vicinity, we planned to eat at the restaurant onsite. No joy. On Saturday night there was a wedding so the restaurant was closed to us. And the noise from the wedding was very audible in our room. There was no notice given to us of the wedding and the need to make alternate plans for dinner.

There was a wedding happening when we checked in so take this review w a grain of salt. The restaurant was full and stopped service at 6:30 due to the wedding occupying most of the restaurant so we dined elsewhere (cafe entre nubes is a recommend for their atmosphere). They didn’t have a remote control for our tv that they promised to send to our room and they never did. The wedding was loud and went late. The hotel is on the freeway so you can hear motorcycles and cars and the music in the restaurant even at 7 am is super loud.

I looked for a pet friendly hotel in the area and it was one of the fewest. My surprise was when doing check in I was charged $15 for my dog . I showed them the app with fees and there was nothing about extra charges for a pet. The lady clerk said “oh no one actually bring pets here that’s why is not in the description” It was a long drive so I just paid it anyway cuz I know everything was booked already. At least my dog had fun in the garden but need to update policies no one likes hidden fees

I had a great time with my family. What a beautiful place all about nature , we got there two hours early and decided to ask the lady in front desk if we could wait around to tilt check in she was so nice that she gave us the room before check in she was very nice everybody employees are very very nice. The food forget about it is so good. Specially the coffee can’t wait to go back.

We had an incredible one-night stay at this cabin! The space was clean and provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. My favorite part was waking up to the soothing sounds of nature in the morning. The highlight of our trip was the tour of the animal sanctuary located on the same facility, which was funny and entertaining with all the creative names they had given to the animals. Highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

I liked the weather cooler condidion. No AC in the rooms, but fans worked well. BIG disappointment was that there was no Pool. It adverised a pool with great pictures, but when we got there they said the pool had been converted to a fish pond. My 7 and 8 year old 😢 cried of disappointment. The food was too expensive and not tasty.
