Overall it was a good experience, but the food was terrible . And the A/C was not working properly and the sliding door would struggle to close.

Beautiful and LOVELY staff. Excursion crew from booking to guides were AMAZING! Well and long established all inclusive. Sea food restaurant on property was absolutely amazing. Overall great experience.

The pools are clean and well kept. They have fun pool slides. I enjoyed the food and the gardens with statues. The check in was not pleasant. We were waited over an hour in a conference room where we had to wait for our number. It felt like the DMV. The rooms are clean but rustic. They sprayed a substance for mosquitoes daily and usually while I was pool side. The beach disappears during low tide. If you enjoy to swim in the ocean this resort is not for you. Lastly, the checkout was not pleasant. I stressed I was running late for my plane and they told me to take my towels back to where I picked them up. I was handing them to her in her hands and she refused to take them. If you want to be pampered this is not the resort for you. The lady making the pupusas is the best.

My stay was bad. They gave me my room one hour and a half later than check-in, no running water on the the pool showers, the hotel infrastructure was old and damaged, the room a/c was really old, the bars where too far from the social areas.

All inclusive is great but they ran out of beer on our second day. Only water was provided for alternatives to non alcoholic drinks. To eat you need to reserve times ahead of time for every meal. They are some snacks provided in another dinning area but you need to stay in dining area the whole time. If u want to buy something there is a boutique you can buy something but options are limited. The room we initially received had mold in the ceiling and yellow stains as well. The Ac didn’t cool and the room smelled moldy. I complained and we did receive another room, however the sliding door lock was missing a screw and the sink in the restroom would back up anytime we used it. Room did not smell like mold however, you could see tiny spots of it in the ceiling.
