Staff is very attentive, I was a bit disappointed, I have a six month old baby, and I was giving a room on the third floor, also notice some safety hazards, exterior structure is falling apart, due to poor building materials, any child can reach studs as they are highly sharp

The check in process is horrible! Seems like you have to rush to check in because if you don’t you will not be able to make a reservation for dinner as everything will be full. The buffet for lunch and dinner is a disaster. Cold food if there’s any left. Will not recommend nor ever return. Not worth it

Administration is poor assistance some inconvenience about check inn stuff is so poor no professionalism and disorganized make people wait too much more than 45 minutes to an hour to get ready the habitations for customers ! Customer service so poor ‘ and and considerations for seniors rooms is not comfortable was a nightmare for me to be waiting ! I were so tired my wife flu a night before without sleeping also was a terrible day to be waiting for our rooms was a really bad service ,
