Brilliant place to stay when in Accra
My experience at this Accra property was brilliant from start to finish. The pre-arrival communication was excellent, with clear and straightforward email instructions to the location. Upon arrival, Elther provided outstanding service, ensuring a smooth check-in process and conducting a thorough property tour. She remained available throughout my stay to address any queries. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. The entire space, including the well-equipped kitchen, was immaculately clean and had everything needed for both short and extended stays. The property's location in a quiet neighborhood makes it perfect for a peaceful stay in Accra. A major plus is the convenience factor - there's a wine shop right on the ground floor of the building, and various food outlets and shops are within easy walking distance. Overall, the combination of attentive service, pristine accommodation, and strategic location made for an excellent stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Accra."

First, the property was not in the neighborhood as described on Expedia. We were moved to a better neighborhood. The next property looked nice on the inside on the surface. However, the TV in both rooms didn't work while we were there. The air conditioner had to be fixed in one room. I washed clothes and it flooded the whole apartment. Maintenance was called but never fixed properly. Lastly, the building experienced an electrical fire. It blew out my phone plug as well as my international plug. Due to the fire, we were moved to another property and left the next morning. I took out insurance so I asked them for a letter to verify the fire and my plug shortage so that I could report it to my insurance and they would not provide it. If you don't want problems, go to a hotel.

I stayed at this property for five nights and I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness in the rooms. Elther who is the manager of the facility was very supportive. She would always come around to check if the guests were doing okay. The housekeepers were very polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to any prospective visitor to Accra.

I love staying at Accra Luxury Apartments! My husband and I have stayed here more than 5 times so far. Anytime we are in Accra, this is the only place we like to stay. Our stay, as always was excellent. I had family visiting so my husband and I chose to stay at this property to go and visit family. The unit was clean, quiet and spacious. Elther again was amazing! We were running late with check in but she stayed and waited patiently. My husband and I love staying here and will keep recommending it.

Amazing Stay!
Our stay was amazing as always. This is the only property my husband and I like to stay at when Accra. It is always clean, quiet and my husband loves to visit the lady that makes spaghetti next to the property, lol it’s the best! The property is not far from the mall and other attractions. I will always recommend anyone to stay here. Elther is always amazing to us, and she makes sure to communicate with us until the time we check out, even after to make sure we have reached our destination safely. We will definitely be back again and again!
