I didn’t even know Embassy has non-suite rooms. I was given a corner room which was a non-suite room. On my reservations through Expedia the picture were of a 2 room suite which I thought that what makes Embassy unique. Also the vent in my room had mold on it. I took pictures because my breathing was affected. Very disappointing

Arrived at 4:00 for check in and room was not cleaned, so had to wait 30 minutes to check in. We were not the only ones, several guests club not check in due to rooms not being cleaned. Obviously, hotel needs more staff to help get rooms ready for all the guests.
