I booked a king size room, which was clean and comfortable. The property staff was very accommodating and you are in walking distance of Target. I will definitely rebook this property the next time I’m in Grand Rapids!

Clean room, comfy beds, quiet

The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and there was hardly any noise that could be heard. We got a great night’s sleep. The breakfast area was a bit of a mess for a bit as coffee cups and utensil bins were empty. Only one person working the breakfast are and she was in the kitchen for quite awhile, so a few guests started going through cupboards to find what we needed. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The airport shuttle service is always prompt and polite. I like the quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Rooms very clean. I wish hotels would provide light blankets for those who find comforters too hot.

The majority of the staff was great. However, there was a mixup as to whether our room was to be cleaned every 3 days or every 2 days and we ended up only getting cleaned 2 times in an 10 day stay. But when the room was cleaned it was spotless!

The room and the building were clean. The bed was OK. The staff were professional and friendly. I stayed a week from Sunday to Saturday. The refrigerator did not work and it took until Thursday for maintenance to get to it. I spoke to the manager to get action. One night there was loud music from a school group. I called but the desk did nothing. They finally went to sleep at 12 midnight. I had to get towels once.

Trundle bed was a little uncomfortable to sit and read on, one of my party reported the bed as lumpy. But it was a good place for us for one night.
