Our stay was horrible and we will never use stayz again either, we tried several times to address our concerns with host and he ignored us and we contacted stays and they also ignored us. The accommodation was not as described online, it was unsafe, the showers leaked and made the floors very wet, slipping hazard for my kids. The shower pressure was weak, the doors and windows didn’t lock, also a hazard for my young children, wires hanging out of power points, advertised generator but power goes out and we need to walk 8 flights of stairs with my young children to get to our level at the top, will never stay here again, it was absolute robbery 80 a night! I will also never use stayz again due to them having no care for us, just like the host, how you get away with this I don’t know! Shame on you.
