Although the property was well presented and comfortable inside, the external surroundings were poor with the street front not being finished off - ie no proper footpath and building debris not properly cleaned up. Furthermore although there was supposed to be a parking dedicated to the property we could not access it as someone had parked a trailer in the designated parking space. When we tried to get assistance regarding the parking neither the provided phone or email contacts for Expedia through whom we booked the property, were working and we could not raise any response. This is unacceptable and we will never use Expedia again. Unfortunately this lack of service from Expedia left us with a less favourable view of the property. The property is well located near several restaurants but is a considerable distance from the CBD and so a car is very useful if staying here.
