Maison lumineuse avec vue sur la vallée et les sommets. Très facile d'accès, proche de la route qui mène à Loudenvielle et pourtant au calme. Je recommande vivement !

Localisation parfaite : belle vue sur les montagnes, promenade possible juste à côté de la maison, dépôt de pain et pâtisseries à 100m, proximité de Genos et Loudenvielle, à 15 min des stations Val Louron d'un côté et Peyragudes de l'autre.Maison spacieuse et bien équipée.Petit jardin bien clos.

À 5 minutes de la Balnea et du Lac de Genos à Loudenvielle, cette villa était parfaite pour nous accueillir après une journée de ski à Peyragudes... on avait pas envie de partir !Petite maison agréable à vivre (calme, claire, spacieuse, fonctionnelle) avec une vue dégagée sur les alentours. Vraiment bien.Une note pour les voisins du haut, le monsieur nous a indiqué le parking un peu plus bas : très bien quand il a neigé pendant la nuit. Merci !les voisins du haut très aimables.

Hôte disponible et réactif. Grand espace de vie au rdc et chambres séparées à l’étage avec très belle vue sur les montagnes. A proximité de toutes les commodités et activités tout en étant au calme.

Great little place but hairs on bedding and bathroom sink

The little house was great for the price. Could be improved by air conditioning. It is very warm in bedrooms and as it was raining could not let in fresh air. One let down…the bedding was dreadful. Unclean cover on bed and mattress cover covered in other peoples hairs😕also found some in bathroom sink

Passant après des locataires peu délicats , j’ai dû faire un grand ménage dans les chambres et la salle de bain. J’en ai informé les propriétaires . Hormis ce désagrément, le village, la maison et l’environnement assurent un séjour agréable.

Court mais efficace

Nous n'avons passé qu'une soirée ici mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir profiter des alentours et nous étions très proches de Balnéa ce qui ut un réel plus. La pièce à vivre est agréable et les matins sont calmes. Je recommande fortement.
