The noise from the surrounding nightclubs was terrible and when the music ended around 3 to 4 in the morning, the cars started honking like crazy because the road was congested because of the taxis coming after those from the club. Those people don't have a little patience, they honk in herd, and we woke up and actually couldn't fall asleep until they calmed down after almost an hour. And when they calmed down and I fell asleep, the noise from the hotel started. They were renovating the corridor, painting, cutting with the flex and so on. Also, the room door creaked terribly, both from my room and from my mother's room. Being with a 7-month-old child, I was afraid to open the door so as not to wake him up. I asked at the reception how long the renovations would take because my child was sleeping 2 times during the day, I was told one more day. I had patience, but after 4 sleepless nights, I asked for another room and they gave me another room where it was better. They should have closed the hotel, renovated it and then open it again. Another thing that bothered me is that I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and the guy at the reception didn't know how to calculate well, on the invoice it was clearly written that we had to pay a tax of £13.50 and in his calculations he made us pay £25. But I didn't do circus for a few coins because we were tired and had a 7-month-old baby in my arms.
Cleanliness is at a low level.
