Our go-to hotel in Chilliwack.

This is our favourite hotel in Chilliwack, where we’re always welcomed with a smile. The staff are wonderful, beds and pillows are comfortable, and the pond view is lovely. Some aspects of the hotel are a bit dated but it’s still clean, quiet and comfortable.

Nice location, too noisy for me.

It was a nice location to 1881 block, clean, and a neat bidet system in the updated rooms. However, it was very noisy. We were away from our little one for one night and wanted a nice quiet sleep so we asked for a quiet room on Monday and they put us in a room that had an adjoining door to another room and they were so loud!! We were up all night listening to them. For a large hotel on a not very busy day this was a bit upsetting to be placed right next to another person in an adjoining room. Not that it can be helped but it is also located right next to the firehall so there were many sirens this night and the heating system was quite noisy. I realize I am a light sleeper, but even my husband was bothered by the neighbours. When we went to pay to leave no one even asked how our stay was which I found interesting, I would have commented then if they had asked. Overall, staff was nice and they have chargers for electric cars, which is a bonus. It would have been a great stay had it not been for how noisy it was for me personally.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The entire hotel was spotless, and cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The on-site restaurant was also a highlight, offering delicious food with great variety. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Loved how close it was to the cute little area of District 1881! Lobby was nice, rooms were very simple but we liked the heated toilet seat! Also enjoyed our evening in the hot tub/pool area.
