New 43' 5th wheel, rare 2bd/2bath at Resort. Pools, Tennis, Wine, and Wilderness

Outdoor Living at it's best in beautiful Southern California weather. Double Casitas set up as Private Sports Bar and a secluded living room. The Resort is world famous and a lovely golf course winding thruout the ample units. The new E-Golf Cart (60V) is included. The 42.3 foot 5th wheel is brand new and fresh everything. It is 2bedroom two bath with wifi, filtered water and a private dog park. Outdoors has an island set up to cook, serve and enjoy. The Resort has everything you could want. Wilderness with Temecula Creek is right outside the resort and hiking for miles and miles. Several of the pools are heated and Tennis Courts, Golf, bocce ball, Cafe', Grocery, extra parking, and heated pool across from you. Photos of the area show the unique setting. It's so beautiful, serene, and an excellent location. The icing on the cake is it is in the Temecula Wine Country and cute little Western town of Temecula, too. A wonderful place to live and work out. There IS short term and long term (one month to max of nine months) Monthly rate is $1800. Resort fee is determined by stay and includes three people. We cover www wifi and all management fees. Give a call and we'll sort it out. There is a four night minimum and I run 'specials' occasionally. Per night guests at $180. See rate schedule for four nights or weekly rate. Out of season is OK for three nights or $540 (same $180/night) NOTE: County is 29 day minimum but we are NOT permanent residents as max occupation is nine months a year! We HAVE mostly short (1+2 week rentals.)

Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
