The hotel is great in general, it just that the bathroom in our room had some mold. Other than that everything was enjoyable. Their customer service is excellent, people that works there is so accommodating. Food in the restaurant is awesome. Thank you Evelin and Alex at the restaurant. They so nice! Maria Jose at the reception too. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

I love staying here. Gread staff, services, food, amenities. And the rooms are nice and comfortable. A mall in front with shops, restaurants and a sport bar downstairs. What more can you ask for.
