I loved that everything is closed by like for example el super selecto is just like two blocks away and then the pharmacy is also close even multiplaza.

Fantastic Hotel!
Amazing hotel - definitely one of the highlights of our trip to El Salvador! Hotel felt luxurious, and our room was spacious and clean. Loved the food at the restaurants, and the drinks at the Premium level lounge were also great. Pool was nice as well! Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

We had such a good time spending Christmas 2024 there. The hotel is amazing and provides food around the clock either through their buffets or 24-hour room service which is reasonably priced. And all the staff are excellent. If I return to ES I will only stay there.

Expedia used to give me access to the VIP lounge, but that’s not the case anymore. I had to pay a surcharge at the lobby to get access, and it was all HORRIBLE. The food they have at that area is a total waste, really. My breakfast was soggy hashbrowns that were glued to each othe and super oily fried beans. The “snacks” were also horrible; nobody inspects them and it feels like they just throw whatever. Very disappointed, I used to stay here multiple times a year some time ago, but this stay has been disappointing
