While Westin Osaka is clean and comfortable, however it lacks the ability to walk out and find dining or shopping options. Don’t get me wrong, the location is quite walkable to Osaka Station but in winter when we travelled walking too far wasn’t a great option. The other aspect which the hotel should seriously improve is its breakfast space. Both sitting and food buffet. For a large hotel the space is quite small and buffet space is cramped up. While the variety is great… it needs space. So does its executive lounge. Here it lacked space and snacks options. Very basic.

We booked westin hotel from 14 Dec to 19 Dec under club . We notice that hotel has stopped limousine services to airport. Dining at cocktail al restricted us to 45 min and somemore was over crowded. 4 of usb2 kids n 2 adult has to go back to room and to wait to access to club becoz club was full. Shuttle bus service to bring us back from station to hotel was cancelled in one ofnthe afternoon left us with 2 young kids have to walked back with cold to hotel for 20 mins. Very sad with the services n such 5 star hotel can stop the shuttle service without prior notice

The Westin was good, spacious room, perfect bedding, beautiful view from the room. They provide a shuttle bus to Osaka station every 30 min.

Love the hotel. Beautiful, clean, great service, and delicious breakfast. Close to the station, you can walk, but they have a free shuttle anyways.

Excellent services. It is convenient and walkable from JR station, distance is 10-ish minutes, not as far as Google map suggests and the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. The property is a bit dated, similar to looking back at the glorious days of Japan 30 years ago.

Nice hotel but construction makes the walk to the primary train and subway station more difficult. Staff was amazing.

The room carpet was not very clean at all. We made sure we wore the slippers in the room. The staff was amazing. They were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The pool is for adults only and you have to pay a daily fee of about $25 cad to use the pool facilities. I did not know either of these things when I booked here. Our kids 12 and 15 years old were really looking forward to the pool. So don’t book here if you think your kids will have access to the pool. Also the bathroom was big but the room was small. The double bed was very uncomfortable. The entrance and lounge area were very nice.

It doesn’t get any better for room size the staff the buffet breakfast. They have the half hour shuttle to the train station. The only thing would be if you prefer a busier area like Dontonburi.
