This property wasn’t bad. Everything was at a decent distance, a lot of shopping stores around the area, and not far from Niagara Falls. The only complain was that the bathroom water faucet was clogging the minute we used it, which was not convenient as we arrived late at night and there was no one to service it.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived very early and Lisa was very kind to get us a room so we can rest from our flight. The room was clean and the hotel itself was clean as well. It is a short distance from restaurants and shopping area. I will definately stay here again!

The room was not clean, bathroom was dirty and there was hair all over the sheets (under). It had the appearance of being clean, but there were many areas that look like they have not been touched. My room was right next to the elevator, which didn't end up being too noisy, but it was a strange location. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed (probably a guest, but it was strong). I was charged the full price for French fries because they wouldn't sub those for tomato soup. It was not up to par compared to other Courtyard Marriott hotels where I have stayed.

The room was dirty. The bed and pillows were horrible. No room service during the entire stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Room was either cold or hot. No in between.
