It was a good stay
I love the location , everyone was very kind and friendly. The food was okay there wasn’t too much to choose from and the there was about 6/7 restaurants and the drinks were not as strong unless you taking shots through out the whole resorts . The bathtub when you take a shower leaks all over the floor making a whole mess i had too put all the towels on the floor, the cleaners have to come everyday to clean it up . But other then that it was good i got to enjoy the beaches and pools . It was good!

Amazing family friendly resort! So much to do and see. Our 2 year old and 4 year old had the best time! Service was top notch. Don’t have a single bad thing to say. We’ll be back next year

Lets start with the rooms, smells like mold. Bathroom had mildew. 1st room the gave me when i walked it the mold odor was very strong. I went back to front desk for a different room, they gave me key card to check out another room. 2nd was ok, mold was not too strong, but had mildew in Bathroom. Pathway to buildings/rooms at night need more lighting, i had to use my flashlight on phone to guide me to my building. Food in main buffet was ok. The night of my birthday i had dinner at Don Pablo, they made it special

BAHÍA was ok. Rooms could use a refresh. We found a cockroach in our room the last day! The dinning room was always hot. The food was ok, not the best but better than Cuba. The pool and splashpad were great. Transportation from the village was not convenient. One night it took 30 mins even though they advertise its every 10 mins. Drinks were good, a good variety and consistent.

Okay, I'll start by saying the wait to check in was absolutely ridiculous, 3 hours on line and I'm not exaggerating. The Resort is drop dead gorgeous and the room service was on point. Bed and room was cleaned daily without having to ask. We were provided clean towels each day as well. My daughter is 8 and they accommodated us right by the water park so that was nice. The kid club had super friendly and attentive staff. The customer service sucked at the common areas, as they did not provide information on what to do on the premises or locally. I kept seeing these small trollies going in circles and began to ask questions, this is when they provided the information. The resort is actually connected to about 3 other resorts and you can access the amenities at all 3. This includes free access to scuba gear, paddle boards, and other fun stuff, just by taking a trolley ride right from Baha Principe to the others. I ended up finding out about 3 days in. NOT COOL, market the goods for Gods Sake! Make me want to return! The trollies can also take you to 3 different beaches, just ask the door men in front which goes where so that you can explore and have fun from day 1. There is also a trolley that goes to a shopping area. I was able to book Swimming with Dolphins, the Cenotes, Swimming with Turtles, Zip lining, and The Monkey experience- all for under $500 right in the lobby of the resort. The food was eh' but it was doable. All in all, my baby girl loved it. Me, not so much.

Nice hotel if you want to go on holidays with Mexican people , nice service and the food was good (sometimes take a lot to recharge food but It's not a big problem) I enjoyed a lot my stance

The hote l was good buffet was huge and food was ok. Location wise way too far from everything 2 hours from Cancun airport and at least 1 hours of bussing to get to the excursion. Staff was ok and just a big disappointment about their wedding office. We are planning our wedding so we went to the wedding office in Bahía Tulum (you can go to their 4 hotels with one bracelet). We entered the office and the lady behind the desk I don’t think was trained well for this job. We told her that we are planning our wedding for 2026 and we have about 30/35 people invited. At that point we were expecting the lady to show us some pictures about weddings done there or taken for a tour and show us the venue and give us some informations about how it works. The lady just took our email and told us that some office from the states will contact us with prices and everything. I could do that online too I feel so we just stand up and left really disappointed. As expected our wedding won’t be there for sure but at this point I do not blame the lady that works there because I don’t see why having an office open when the only answer is to take an email! I guess they don’t need much of business

I'll start with the good. The entire resort grounds are beautiful. Very green and lush. The buffet has a large selection of food. Even the pickiest eater can find something. Teppenyaky restaurant was great, Le Gourmet very nice and delicious, Tequila restaurant by far the best. The staff and food were phenomenal. Now the bad. Overall staff on the resort RUDE. Only a handful were courteous, polite, and engaging. Bartenders all were extremely rude and inattentive. Drinks were par for being all in-clusive. Majority of the guest seemed to be locals and left you feeling like an unwanted in-law staying for the holidays. The pools were very warm and not very refreshing due to a lack of shade. The beach is amazing, only downfall is waiting on the shuttle.....oh the shuttles. They will take you everywhere....but rarely to your room. Lobby, yes. Shops, yes. Other resorts lobby, yes. Your room, no. Of the 3 Bahia resorts within proximity of each other Coba comes in last. Spend the extra for Tulum or Akulam. Rooms were very clean but AC is set by the resort so the room stays around 77 degrees. Our AC began leaking in the middle of the night. Called twice and finally had to go to the front desk to get help.

We are a family of 6 and it was awesome that we were able to request adjoining rooms. Only downside is there is no direct access to the beach from this resort. They have little carts that will drive you around. These carts fill up quickly and you need to wait awhile unless you are executive members. The Gourmet Mexican and Brazilian restaurant were amazing and the Japanese restaurant put on a fabulous show. The main buffet hall was very warm with no air conditioning and only a few fans. Great selection of food. Was hard to get drinks in the main buffet hall. Kids club was ok. My kids went once and didn't want to go back. Short shows/entertainment for them in the evening. Teens club just hung out and played video games despite all the listed activities on the board. Rooms were clean. Pools were great. Overall, we had a great relaxing time.
