The friendliness of staff was on point. Rooms were very comfortable, activities were great for adults and kids. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no air condition at the buffet, so it was hot while dining but that’s probably the only negative comment we can say about our stay. Would we come back, absolutely yes.

It was a very great experience - but needs to have more entertainments and shows. Lobby area was a bit too hot. Restaurant reservation was an issue, it was hard to book a restaurant of our choice and time. Otherwise overall excellent kids area to play and family friendly resort. Lovely staffs and we would come again

Lots of space and pools nice. Buffet ok but no hand sanitizer anywhere in the restaurant. The restaurant isn’t air conditioned and full of mosquitoes. Rooms a good size but very basic. Check out very slow process. Overall it’s a nice hotel but pushing it to rate it 5 star. A decent 4 star in my opinion.

I recently stayed at the resort and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I checked in, there were issues that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the check-in process was incredibly slow and disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, which set a negative tone right from the start. Despite my reservation, my room was not ready, and I had to wait over an hour without any clear communication or apologies. The room itself was disappointing. It was not as clean as expected, with visible dust and stains on the carpet and furniture. The amenities were outdated, and the air conditioning was barely functional, making the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the service throughout my stay was subpar. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to restock basic necessities like towels and toiletries. When I called the front desk to address these issues, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. The resort’s dining options were also a letdown. The food quality was poor, and the service was slow. Overall, my stay at the resort was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor customer service made it a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this resort to others and will be looking for alternative accommodations in the future.
