Property was under construction at the time but still maintained a clean interior. Parking lot was a little sketchy with people walking in between cars all hours of the night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle was convenient. Congested parking area was difficult to navigate. My room wreaked of mold. Staff said they had had an AC leak. moved me to another which was nice of them but it also smelled like mildew. I got a massive headache. Took the shuttle and sat up all night in the airport.

The property staff was not understanding or accommodating when I made changes to my travel plans known. They were flat out rude. The room I had to pay extra for was filthy, showed evidence of bullet holes, and had cracked windows.

Very nice stay.
Very nice hotel. They are undergoing a renovation. However, it does not interrupt any part of the rest of the hotel. We were in a renovated room and it was super nice. Also, the hotel is very convenient to the airport. Breakfast was delicious!

We booked this hotel because it was near the airport and offered a free airport shuttle. I am a Holiday Inn Platinum member. The room was clean, and the night staff was friendly but the drains in the room’s tub and sink did not work properly. At check-in I asked about the airport shuttle for the morning since I had a very early flight. I was advised that the airport shuttle started at 4am and we just needed to be in the lobby at 4am to catch it to the airport for our 5am flight. We arrived in the lobby at 3:55am. At this time there were 4 other people waiting in the lobby waiting for the airport shuttle. At 4am there was no shuttle driver. When I asked at the front desk, they advised me that they were waiting for the driver to show up and that I would need to wait for the next shuttle because they could accommodate only 4 people at a time with luggage. At 4:06am there was still no driver. I was forced to get an Uber to get to the airport in time for my flight.

Drains in bathroom were not functioning correctly in sink and tub on 5th floor. Airport shuttle can accommodate only 5 people. This fact was not mentioned. Driver did not show up for 4am airport run. Needed to take Uber to airport.
