I had reserved a room for 2 nights and our circumstances changed and had to leave after one night. Staff said she had to check with the manager about a refund for the 2nd night and also said I had to contact Expedia which I did. Expedia said they were unable to get me a refund. To my delight, I saw the inn had refunded my money.

Nice and affordable

We had a quick check in and we’re happy to find a clean room. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Negative was the cigarette smell that hit us when we opened the door.

Carpet was filthy. Doors were 40 years old and showing it. Bathroom was way outdated. Tiny sink area. Weeds growing in every crack outside.

Great locale for staying close to Great Sands. Property is older and a bit worn, but perfectly clean and safe. Great value for the price.

Last minute decision to be in a motel vs camp in the windy weather was such a great decision. The place was clean, pet friendly. I like the vinyl plank floors. They seem so much cleaner than carpet.

Very surprised it was rated so high 7.8, room was rated at an 8.8 very run down. carpet was filthy needed to be cleaned and at least vacuumed. I feel that Days inn deceived us and so did hotel.Com
