Villa Florença is an elegant contemporary villa located in Patroves, Albufeira, just 3 km from the stunning golden sandy beaches. With amazing sea views and a welcoming atmosphere, it is the perfect retreat for a relaxing family or group holiday.



The spacious and bright living room features modern décor with comfortable sofas and a TV, ideal for moments of leisure and togetherness. The space connects seamlessly to the outdoor terrace through large glass doors, allowing easy access to the pool and sunbathing area.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of which are en suite with bathtubs. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals and includes a large dining table where everyone can gather for pleasant moments.



Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost) is the main highlight, surrounded by a relaxing terrace. At the back, an entertainment area with a snooker table, table tennis, and a covered BBQ creates the perfect setting for outdoor meals and group fun.



Villa Florença is just a short drive from restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful beaches of Castelo, São Rafael, and Galé. The centre of Albufeira, with its lively marina and charming old town, is only 10 minutes away.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Overall house is ok . Bathroom toilets need work. Very loud house. No washclothes and we did not have hot water for 2 days. You can do better. I’d give it a 2.5 for the money.

Great Space, great location!! Only complaint was the stale smoke smell in the house. Service from the management company throughout was clear and regular, easy to work with. Rooms are spacious, Showers are great pressure too!!

Nice villa for 4 couples or a family

The stay was good but with some remarks: - some fourniture is outdated (chairs in kitchen and sofa ouside are worn out) - very bad smell in the washing room - you need a car for visiting the city (more than 30 minutes of walk) all issues and problems were solved quickly by the support and service team - very good communication

First Trip to Portugal

6 old friends meet for a reunion and adventure. The house was plenty big. My only complaint is the appliances had no directions we figured them out but just a quick simple how-to would have saved us some extra effort.

Solicitamos piscina aquecida, que funcionou perfeitamente e foi um excelente bónus! Raramente saímos de casa, apenas e só para ir ao supermercado e passeios a pé nos Salgados. Esta moradia é bem equipada, tem uma decoração moderna e o snooker manteve todos ocupados e divertidos, recomendo e voltaria a reservar sem duvida!

Amazing Villa

Myself and seven friends booked villa florenca for a quiet break. The villa is perfect, lots of space, rooms, modern and a great outdoors area, pool heated etc. Highly recommend!

GREAT PLACE

We stayed here with a group that ranged from 5 - 60 years old (9 people in total). The villa is a very spacious and we never felt like we were on top of one another. It felt very secure. We went out for a couple of days and had meals out in the evening. The heated swimming pool was loved by the children - BBQ area was well used by us. The cleaners were excellent and did a very thorough job, as did the swimming pool cleaner. Would definitely use this Villa again - Kids were heartbroken to leave.

Lots of fun!!!

Really enjoyed the house. 6 women on a girls trip...bedrooms and bathrooms worked great! Heating the pool was a great choice. We booked a boat tour...not going to lie we were concerned about what we saw when we arrived but it was the best day, size/kind of boat was needed for getting in the caves. Monica and Olivia were great in the process! Loved the beach Praia da Gale and the overlook at the bar! Highly recommend the home and place!!! Don’t let first impressions of the plane heading that way discourage you....truly a great vacation 😊

First time on the Algarve

The villa is very spacious and the facilities all good and as described. The only negative is that the very social area at the rear of the property is overlooked by the neighbours. Although that did not cause a problem we were very conscious of not making too much noise. Some of the sports equipment was showing its age and will need replacing shortly but again didn't spoil our enjoyment. We would have expected more basic provisions to be provided and maybe the company could offer this as a small extra for people who are travelling light. The Algarve itself seems a very tourist made location ,probably common knowledge for most , but we found the lack of local culture a little disappointing. Overall , the villa is very well presented in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the usual holiday attractions.

Amazing Family Holiday

We have just arrived back from our holiday, we had the best time. It was our first time visiting Portugal but will definitely be returning. Everyone was so helpful at Algarve Vacation, from start to finish. The villa was exactly like the photos, perfect for a whole family trip.

We had 10 in our party, 6 Adults, 4 Children. We found the villa very easily using the directions given to us, which was around 35 minutes from faro airport. The 2 younger children had portable beds and there was sufficient space to put all 4 children in the same room. One of the camp beds wasn’t functioning properly, but a quick call to the villa manager and this was resolved. The pool heating was an excellent benefit and definitely worth the extra money. There was plenty of room both inside and out of the villa to comfortably fit us. There was 4 large tables for dining, which again comfortably housed us. Supermarkets are within a 10 minute drive and a smaller spar shop could be reached with a 10 minute walk. We tried 1 restaurant in Vale de parra, which was excellent. There are beaches which could be walked to (if you really want to!!), we drove and the closest was around 10 minutes. Slide n splash and zoo marine are within a short drive, while albufeira is only a 10 minute drive. We have stayed in several villas within the Algarve, and this was probably the best in terms of overall satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home from home

4 couples Stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing holiday. The villa was more than we expected! Beautiful inside and out! Everything you need to have a brilliant holiday. Location was quiet just what we wanted. We hired an 8 seater and visited the algarve and beyond. Olivia was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Staff available as needed, which we did after an ‘ash’ fall from the nearby fires. Sad to see the devestation this caused to a beautiful part of the world. Absolutely no hesitation to book with this company again and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing villa, very spacious and great service and hospitality during our stay

Impeccable service from start to finish, great communication throughout and the service and support we received when we arrived and throughout ensured our perfect family holiday. As a family of 5 with 2 teenage boys and a 4yr old daughter, this property had it all. The ping pong, pool table, pool and BBQ ensured ample entertainment for the boys, allowing the girls to enjoy a well earned rest! The towels were changed mid week and Vanda met us at the property on arrival and provided property assistance, restaurant recommendations and google map coordinates. She organised discounts to local attractions throughout our stay, and ensured she or a colleague were available at all times. All staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating and when we couldn't find any ping pong balls, they purchased an entirely new pack and delivered the next morning without issue. It has been said in other reviews, but the photos really don't do the villa justice, it's incredible. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the beds were great, we all slept really well. The property is very secure and provides electric shutters on all doors and windows, which also provides full black out at night. The air conditioning throughout is a god send and the provision of every day mod cons is great. The local supermarket is a 5minute drive away and sits next to a local fishmongers which we were thrilled to discover and utilise. The cost for heating the pool seemed quite a lot for a week, and was apparently non negotiable. We decided not to bother and we're pleased as it was not necessary as it was like a warm bath each day. It has full and unshaded sun on it all day. Overall we highly recommend this property and service and hope to be able to return again in the future. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday :) The Ellis's

lovely villa , very smart and well presented with lots of space , the team at Algarve properties were great all the way through the booking and when we were there as well , I would definitely suggest a car especially for families and suggest if you are going in April you may want to splash out on heating the pool !, Would go back again .

It was okay…

The communication with the Agentur was good. All our questions were answered quickly. We had on the first day with the electricity and an electrician was sent quickly. (The fuse blew several times a day…push the black button!)The villla was once luxury, probably 10 years ago, but not now anymore. Some of the furniture are worn out. Half of the doors/windows cannot be locked probably.The kitchen is well equipped, but there are no basic ingredients…you have to buy everything (salt, pepper) and even garbage bags.
