Staff were helpful and I like the location of the hotel. Room was clean. The hot tub was clean and at a good temperature although the plaster is cracking. Breakfast is appreciated but not very healthy—sugary, lots of carbs, not much fresh besides red “delicious” apples and hard to eat naval oranges. Orange juice was out and the staff didn’t know how to replace it. So, 4 stars.

Property has a strong odor or chlorine fro. The pool...had to ask to be moved to another room...was okay thru 1st night...next day odor continued...throat dry due to odor...cross fingers it doesnt make me sick...thin 2alls and door..very noisy can hear neighbors relieving themselves in their restrooms....horrible place to stay

The property is dated and really needs an upgrade. Our hotel stay started off on the wrong foot. After we checked in we got all of our bags and headed off to our room. As soon as we entered the room things were wrong. I had booked a double room king bed ( I have the invoice for it) through Expedia, we entered a standard room with a king bed. Also I could help to notice the room smelled old. Like old, musty laundry. My husband went up to the front desk to see what the problem was. The girl at the front was rude. She said there was nothing she could do and they didn't have anything better for the next 2 nights. Her awful why are you bothering me attitude made the whole thing worse. I contacted Expedia through chat and they tried to correct the problem by getting a hold of the property. They said no one would answer the phone. Don't know how much of that I believe either. They gave me a $50 credit for my troubles. Needless to say I will from now on call and double check any booking I make to make sure everything is right. Also, I will never stay at this Best Western again. The breakfast was very mediocre.

Check-in, staff all exceptional 👏 Spacious rooms with clean shhets, showers 🚿 etc...we requested a 1st floor because there are no elevators. The fridge in our room didn't work, there was a leaky faucet in the shower and one day our electronic keys didn’t work but staff was quick to try to fix things and otherwise our stay was fantastic 😀

Quick stay due to early morning flight. Was not able to have breakfast. Heard there was a To Go Bag that is offered but no mention at check in. Parking was tight and parked in a spot over the drain. Almost twisted my ankle several times althiugh I tried to be careful.
