When we got there at 136am the staff was not at her desk. We called and rang the bell for 15 plus minutes. When she finally came to the desk looking groggy, she claimed she was gone for 5 minutes and not even an apology. I get it’s the late shift and she was probably taking a nap and was tired but how deep of a sleeper do you have to be to not hear the buzzer? That was loud as hell, and we were calling at the same time while ringing it!

The management team and front desk clerks were awesome! They took care of my family after my sister’s surgery and made sure we were all comfortable. Facilities were nice and very clean. Definitely would come back.
