Staff are rude, pool is dirty with cockroaches, rooms are dirty, no towel, no shampoo, no soap, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, aircon is terrible, room is hot, facilities are dirrty especially the comfort rooms

Staff was great, but there is a drug problem at this motel people spray painting the trash can area, doing their drugs out in plain view not a place for kids. Advertised as having a swimming pool and breakfast pool was being drained, no breakfast would not recommend this hotel for a family stay

Filthy property, holes in bath door like it was punched, shower rod falling off wall, pictures removed from walls and holes left unfilled, floors were stained, cigarette holes in bedding, no toilet paper holder, water bugs in bathroom, no tv remote, Stained ceiling, front door paint peeling, holes in curtains….. and more. Homeless and tweeker area.

It was nice it was fenced in but i would’ve liked to know I could get in we had to wait for someone else to open the gate and let us in and to get the room the room door looked broke and the window had a way to look secure but there were no trash cans in the room either

The room didnot have pilliws towels or a remote for tv. Had to go to front desk to get these things. They only gave us 1 towel they said thats all they had. We did get pillows and the person had togo look for remote for tv. There was 2 of us traveling. The property was not very clean.

There were many broken windows, the pool wasn't open, likely for cleanliness reasons, the ice machine was also broken, no toilet paper or kleenex in the room, the hair dryer and iron had been stolen, and there was a constant beep in the room which sounded like a smoke alarm that needed a new battery (but that had also been ripped out!). There was nothing redeeming about this place, except for the housekeeper who went out of her way to get us a new room. We definitely WOULD NOT have stayed here if I hadn't prepaid. This property should NOT be associated with either the Wyndham name or Expedia--it is bad for both of their reputations! I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy!

We found out about shooting and they told me they canceled it. That I would get my money back and yet to get my money back. I never checked in just walked in and told them I did not want to stay because I felt unsafe. The lady that worked for them did not care. As I was talking to her she turned her back to me and was on her cell phone.

A Priest Should Come and Clean This
The room: + smelled intensely of cigarette smoke when I entered even though it was a non-smoking room. I had to leave the bathroom fan on all night to slowly get rid of it. + the bedding was so dirty and gross that I put my sleeping bag on top of it and slept in it instead. The top bedspreads had 3 large cigarette burn holes in them + 3 police cars were in front of my hotel room with their lights flashing when I got there + The ceiling drywall was caving in with large water stains around it + everything felt and looked dirty, I did not want to touch anything

The property was surrounded with homeless vagrants and had to have security guards at night to keep them off the property. When we checked in we were given a room that couldn't be unlocked so we were moved to a different room. That room half the electric outlets didn't work, tv didn't work. Was then moved to a third room. We originally booked for a month but left after a few days due to not feeling safe. We paid at the property and when we checked out they said they weren't able to refund the difference so we were out over a $1000. Would not recommend

The place was supposed to have a swimming pool and breakfast, and none of them was available, the place looked dirty and employees were struggling to keep up with quality of previous administration because of lack of resources. The area was not secured and many homeless people were in the area nearby the rooms. Even the ice machine was not working and we had to kill a small cockroach in the lavatory, never again in this place.
