Great place to stay
The hotel was very clean, and the staff very friendly. My room was big, and had a king bed, refrigerator, which is important tor me, because I use insulin. The bed was clean and very comfortable. It was a great place to stay. I will definitely stay there again when traveling through.

Evidently, this property is used by locals for nefarious purposes. They have a large cash deposit required due to guests trashing rooms. Additionally, my daughter heard what sounded like a three some near the elevator in the middle of the day. We found several hairs in our bathroom that didn’t belong to us. Traffic was noisy. I requested a blanket and was given a light bed cover. Sink faucet has a water saver on it that sprays water all over you when you wash your hands. Support staff were friendly, front desk staff were so so.

Horrible at first…but better in the end!!
Irene the supervisor at the front desk was very helpful. I had to call and canx 1 of my 2 night stay due to road closures. When they reopened, she was able to assist me to rebook. At checkin, Ava was less than welcoming and she said there was a problem with the room because the guest before me snuck in a pet and strong chemicals were used so the window was left open. When I finally get to the room, the people next door with children were very noisy and someone had a cat that kept meowing. Trying to sleep was difficult. The sink had plugged up and didn’t drain. I brought my concerns to Irene the next morning. I requested a higher floor (as I was on the ground floor). I finally received a call from Ava that a room was available on the 3rd floor. When I went to pick up the key, Ava was very pleasant while she was checking in other guests. I left the hotel to visit with family and upon my return, she was very welcoming and wished me a good night. Although my first encounter was a bit awkward with her I was happy to see she had an attitude adjustment which was very appreciated. Customer service is what it is all about and both Irene and Ava have a hard job but I wanted to give them a pat on the back for what they were able to do for me to make my stay a little better. The hotel is undergoing repairs due to age as it is a bit run down and dated but that is not the staff’s fault sinks & toilets don’t work.

The room was quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The evening staff was very helpful and friendly I believe Irene was the name of the lady who checked us out and she was friendly and kind and we really appreciated her efforts to be helpful

The front desk associates were very friendly and understanding. They welcomed us in and made it feel like home. Also, the housekeeping staff were helpful and made our room very clean comfortable. Thank you everyone for their hard work and dedication to a hotel establishment.

Overall, it's just a basic hotel to stay in overnight. The hallways were my main complaint - very noisy - at all hours. I guess the doors are paper thin. The room felt clean. I didn't care for the strange $1.50 daily fee for the safe. Felt like a way for the hotel to try to make a few extra bucks without customers knowing they were being charged for something that should be standard and included.

Adequate basic hotel
OK basic hotel, although it was quite noisy - I discovered in the morning that I was right next to the stairs, so maybe that was the problem. Towels and sheets are thin. Breakfast was marginal - only hot food was microwaved sausage sandwiches, which don't work for vegetarians. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.
