Hotel is nice but downtown Albuquerque leaves much to be desired. A fair amount of homeless people, shops with gates, and those without having windows shattered.

We stayed in the "1 King Bed 2 Room Suite" which is actually two connecting guest rooms. Rooms were comfortable, with more than enough space, although there was no dining table, as their website room photos shows. Rooms were quiet, except for the through-wall AC units and refrigerators. Unfortunately, no EV charging on-site.

The room at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable, and the cleaning staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was well-maintained. However, the surrounding area has limited dining and entertainment options, so be prepared for a quieter stay or plan to travel a bit for more variety.

Ants in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets. Newly hired staff, inferring high turnover. Area around hotel is not a safe area, and the parking lot is likely a high crime area. Parking lot is also very expensive to park at. The bar was good, at least. Would not stay here again. Honestly a motel would have been better in most ways.
