Jad the qorst time there. Was having an issue with other giests yrying 4o either push or open the doors. 1st room the adjoiniing door ro the nwxt room was unlocked prior to arrival. I locked jt and deadbolted the main door. Still had someone trying to enter the room wrny down atairs in formed the front desk was moved immediately from room 1102 go 402. Left to drive to dinner and around the city came back and it contimued took showet and it still continued called front deskindormed then of the situation, was informed that they would send security up no one ever showed. To inform me of what was found. Watched through peephe saw shadows at the end if the hall moving anf a reflection of someone on the glass door and saw movement by the corner buly my room. Theentore time i was there it felt ad though there were eyes everywhere watcjing me. Ai that point i did not fwel safe even wirh the doors locked. Whent down syairs to speak to thw night auditor was met by security she wouldnt gobe her name stated she qas up there and didnt see anyone. But i was near rue door the entire tome and hadnt seen her walk by. She never came to my room to see what i was seeing or to ask if i was ok. All i hot was attitude from her the night auditor wouldnt release her name as well. I was anxious, nervous and honestly scared. I did not feel aafe at rhat momennt and immediately checked out. I was not offered to move rooms again. I slept in my car that night it was not a pleasant experience
Housekeeping: we were never told during our check in that cleaning the room, making the bed, replace towels, and empty wastebasket was done on request. My first day I left at 9:30 a.m. came back at 4:30 and my room had not been touched by housekeeping. When I called the front desk, I was told this is a Hilton policy and rooms are only cleaned on request. They sent a housekeeper to make the bed and replace the towels. No complaints against her, just the Hilton policy and they should be more upfront about this policy.
We booked through Expedia and it said, “breakfast included.” Breakfast was definitely NOT included.
No where on the website when we booked did it say parking was $17/day. It would have been nice to know this upfront.
Room: I booked a queen and got a full bed. I actually measured it, and it was 4.5 feet wide. This is the size of the full bed. When I mentioned it to reception they argued and said that my room had a queen. My friends booked a room with a King and got a queen and reception also argued with them and told them the bed was a king. Do they not think guests can’t tell the difference between a full and a queen and a king? Additionally, most hotels of this caliber provide an extra blanket in the room. I had to go down to reception to grab one.
Restaurant: I ordered an avocado toast and got store-bought guacamole spread on stale bread for $15. Absolutely horrible. Please improve the quality of the food.
Staff was friendly and quick to respond. However my plumbing was not working. I was able to relocate to another room with out a problem. My stay was not as great Becuase mattress was not comfortable. Other than this people are great but the for a high class hotel they should have someone inspect their operation to make sure this hotel stays succesful in the long run.
The tv was not working, called the front lobby they informed us they were aware of the situation and were working on it. TV never worked. Other than that everything was good.
