Overall, our stay was good. There are a few things that could have been better… Some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose and the tub must’ve not been installed properly because there was an area that made a crackling sound when showering. The room door needs attention/some kind of sound dampening because it did not close slowly. It just slammed shut and it was very loud.

The rooms smelled musty. We had to open a window to air out the room. The bathroom tiles were all broken and it felt like the tub might fall through the floor, it creaked when taking a shower. Only 1 elevator worked. The place needs major renovations.

Do not stay here, wait until it is remodeled.
This hotel is planning on remodeling but I think they should close and take care of this. We were in an accessible room, the wallpaper was peeling off, the carpet was awful, the heater system on wall under the window started and stopped every couple minutes all night, and the most important to me being a handicapped person was the loose tile in the bathroom floor.

The desk manager Adele was wonderful, but the entire place is rundown. We will be here for 8 hours and we have to sleep somewhere. But I would never recommend this hotel.

Adel was excellant. She went above and beyound my expection. The ladies cleaning the rooms and the lady maintaining the breakfast bar where extremely sweat and friendly. Only problem i had was a floor tile was loose in the bathroom and I reported to one of the ladies. Easy fix
