The front desk was great at checking us in and great with instructions on what was offered at the property and how to get in and out of the building and the parking lot. I did enjoy that this property had a gated parking area. The rooms were cleaned and bright and the hotel was in a great location.

The property is very nice. The staff was amazing. It is Albuquerque so don’t leave valuables in the car. There is a sign stating this. But they do have security and the property gated and well lit. We enjoyed our stay.

Never again!
Bathroom had cracks on the walls and mold damage on ceiling, fire alarm light lit the room with pulsing light all night, light under the doors was also strong during the night, noise from highway would randomly wake us up, room keys did not work on back doors where we parked causing us to have to walk around, front desk staff were not friendly and didn't smile at anytime during the check-in process...I would never stay at this location again.
