Room smelled like pee staid 3 days ask for for 2 days in a row to come clean room clean sheets towel towlet par never camintill one day befor leaving at 8 pm to clean the room really desapointed yet they are announsing of a new opening hotell mmmm maybe work on the first one before trieng to open a new one

The entire stay was a nightmare i completely have compassion for the staff doing there best while there boss was not available for all the issues at this property! My family was having some remodeling done so we decided to rent here one of our favorite places before renting we visited the property to make sure the pool was available we were told it was clean and ready to go so we proceeded too book.About an hour after of us getting there a homeless person had somehow came into the hotel and got in the pool with and open cut witch lead to the facility having to shut down and clean we were upset to here this as we made our way too the pool we then went back to the room where we found out the tv wasn’t working and had been down for bout a week due to a lightning storm something we were not told at check in. We encountered a couple roaches in the room and when trying to access the balcony the door jammed and would not close which lead to us sleeping with the door slightly open. When asked for help about any of the issues the maintenance person didn’t knw how to help I’m really upset with all these things and all this having to pay a 200$ deposit I still haven’t received back

Terrible place to stay

Bathroom had dirt from the last guest stay that wasn’t cleaned and shower took 20 minutes to drain and filled up tub while showering getting dirt back on me and wife. Also shower curtain smelled like piss and had whole bathroom smelling like that. Spoke to hotel staff who assured me they would have someone look at it and take care of it. Neither problem was taken care of the 2 days we stayed.

Room was comfy but noisy from the interstate traffic (loud trucks all night) and some hairballs in the room when we checked in. Rooms could use updating, but signs at the front desk said they will be updating rooms starting in spring 2026. Breakfast was ok, wished they had some fruit. We were there for the balloon festival and they started breakfast at 4am which was unexpected and super convenient. Pool was okay, but we had to get towels for the pool at the front desk, one was really small and one had gross stains on it. But my kids played in the pool for over an hour, so still a win.

This property honestly needs to be knocked down the rooms are disgustingly had hair in bathroom and bed. Also towels were dirty like no one cleaned the room. Don’t let the pictures online fool you it was a lesson learned.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First room we had, there was no smoke detector because someone had taken it off to smoke there. The beds for all economy rooms are also advertised as either queen or king. This bed was a full-size. I don’t mind that but I was bothered by the false advertising, as I paid for a queen. Told the front staff about this and they adamantly refused saying all beds were queens, they did not own any rooms with full-size. I am 60” tall. The average queen mattress is 60” wide; when I laid sideways on the bed to test, the top of my head hung off the side so I know for sure it was a full. After discussing with the manager she did offer and upgrade to a king which I accepted; we ended up staying here because our flight was at 4am and the cost of finding another hotel short term was crazy. King mattress was the right size. Bathroom ceiling had a ton of water damage and bath needed serious repairs or replacement. The ceiling light in the new room also did not work. Do not stay here!
