The property is great, possibly there is a training issue? At check in, I received a room key, that’s it, no information about parking, the facility, the amenities, nothing! I did ask what time was checkout. Things get missed, but the vacuum cleaners may need checking, someone obviously clipped their nails, as evidenced by the clippings on the floor. Yuck

Was an overall great stay. Only reason for having 4 stars instead of 5 is due to you having to pay for WiFi if you wanted it and didn’t realize there wasn’t a free breakfast with your stay which is on me for not checking.

Customer service excellent. Room service excellent. I had a woman in a beat up van approach me in the parking lot acting a bit suspicious. I told her to go inside for assistance and she drove away. Easy easy access to the highways. Semi-easy access to airport.
