The check in was nice. From the outside it looks like any other micro inn and the staff were helpful and polite. But when we got to our room it looked as of we just step into a motel 6 . The door looked as if it had been kicked in at one point, the carpet was stained, the iron was missing, the doors to the closet where the ironing board is kept were broken off their hinges. The shower rack in the shower had been broken off and it looks as if maintenance put duck tape over it to cover up the holes, the shower head was replaced with a nozzle head you would put on the end of a garden hose. People that stay at micro “s do so because they are clean and safe ( we look for one in every city we travel to), but what ever you do in Albuquerque stay somewhere else

Would never stay again! Room smelled like urine. Too tired to change rooms, I arrived at 2am after driving 9 hours. Didn’t feel safe. Was put in a handicap room. I spoke to the front desk and they said I should have asked for a different room and why was I in a handicap room. I didn’t request it. Went down at 6:30 and there was no cream for coffee and they only had little donuts. Terrible!!!

Front desk kid that was there at midnight obviously hated his job and didn’t want to be there. Front desk lady in the morning was very nice. Free breakfast foods were stale and not many options. Nothing fresh. Bedroom shower was clogged when running water. Beds were fine. Visible stains in carpet next to bed. Tv worked as intended. Overall 2.5/5 experience.

The young man, Nicholas, was able to accommodate our special request. My sister and I are seniors with disabilities. He was able to give us a room on the 1st floor, as we can Not do stairs fast in an emergency. '5' Stars for Nicholas.

A nice stay if passing through Albuquerque

A very nice stop-over as I was just passing through Albuquerque. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was just OK, but a nice-to-have option.

We arrived and our hotel door was open. No ac was on in the room and it was 8:30 at night. Door latch was broken. Cigarette burns everywhere. Big crack that had been glue on the back of the bathroom door. Nicks in the bathtub and shower head was connected to a 2x4 on the wall. And breakfast was very sad.
