I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I booked it mainly for the airport shuttle and because it was cheaper than the hotels closer to the airport, but it doesn’t leave until 8:30am, and my flight left earlier than that time. I may as well have stayed somewhere else and paid more since I ended up having to get an Uber. Additionally, there was no hot water in my room. I had two cold showers with the worst shower pressure ever. The shower head was damaged and was spraying off to one side. The hot handle didn’t turn properly. I was warned about the cold water when I checked in, but they said it’d be on the next day. The sink faucet was also damaged where when you turn it on, water leaks from it onto the counter. In general, this property has very poor upkeep. The ceiling in my room had water damage and cracks. In the bathroom, the vent didn’t work and was caked up with dust. The wall AC unit was so loud and inconsistent with heating that I had to turn it off at night because other wise it kept me awake (I typically can sleep through such noise). Many of the TV channels didn’t work. Breakfast was fine - typical options, but you’re not allowed to take your food to your room. The staff/service seemed like they were doing what they could and were relatively nice, but they weren’t helpful except for telling me about the airport shuttle times after I asked. Overall, this place was dirty, had minimal upkeep, and was not worth it.

I reserved a room with the view of the mountains, but When I got there, I was told I couldn't have my room because they didn't have any heat. In that bank of rooms, so they gave me a room downstairs with a patio door that didn't open that looked out into a wall and into the hallway of the lobby, so everyone going up-and-down the hallway could see in my room to the patio door the outlets, we're hanging out of the wall. One had drywall jammed in it, so the lamps can be plugged in The refrigerator door was by busted on the inside. In half, the headboard fell on my head. Hit me on the head and the neck. It took them a half an hour to come to get the headboard off the bed, and never asked how I was. This was the dirtiest nastiest hotel. I've seen in a long, long time. The floors hadn't been swept, it was disgusting. The walls were stained. I didn't want to take a shower. Cause it looked sketchy. I don't advise anyone to ever stay at this hotel.

Was switch to 3 different rooms. 1st room had mold 2nd room dirty cigarette ashes in bed and on head board . 3rd had a hole/crack where some one was pushed through wall from floor to ceiling front dest said it was fine and balcony was not cleaned dirty socks out there .

Called ahead trying to verify if the hot tub was working and was told it was by an employee. When we got there the jets were still broken. Service was ok. The incidentals charge was ridiculously high compared to the cost of the room.

Check in is at 3 pm but my room wasn't ready til 4 pm which was a problem because I had to get ready for a function. The room was ok except for the sheets not fitting the mattress 🙄 the curtains were tore up, the view was not what I expected but the bed & pillows were comfy. There was enough towels & no problems with the tv. And giving a $100 deposit without getting a receipt is kinda sketchy, especially if you're pay cash.

Due to state of emergency declared by both state of me mexico and the states of colorado road closure and snow...i was not able to make it and called to cancel which was never done sierra was rude and stated no manager was available on property until after 3 which i cake back and was told suerra was managment she was only person who could handle the problem. Ramada took 200 and refuses to return it.
