We showed up at the hotel, probably around 11 PM. Got our keys, paid our deposit and was directed to the elevator outside the building. My husband and I are both disabled and it was difficult parking. We couldn’t get the key to work in the elevator door. It took several tries. Got up to the room and had problems opening that door. Upon entering the room I noticed there was a bare spot, where there might have been a sofa, or a table with a chair or some thing at one time. There was a bed that I don’t believe was a king. My husband was going to watch TV for a while before he went to bed and found that the TV did not work. I called the front desk. They said they would give us another room if we wanted, or he could come up and fix it in the morning.. we declined the move as we had already started unpacking and getting ready for bed. So we did without a TV. It was kind of stuffy in the room, so we thought we turn the air on for a little while, and that didn’t work either. We just gave up and went to bed. Didn’t quite fall asleep before a group of youngsters moved in next-door and were not tired at all, they were up-and-down the elevator walked up and down the walkway, talking loudly and slamming doors. It took a while, but they finally settle down, by this time it was well past midnight, and so we tried to sleep but with the airplane and traffic noise, that was not possible!!! We did not enjoy this stay at all!!! Won’t be coming back here. They should have paid us to stay there!!
