This place was practically pristine and recently renovated. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and crisp linens. Breakfast was sufficient and we would stay here again. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water and a shower that didn’t work properly. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Didn't even stay in the room for an hour! No refund given which is a joke. The pool is freezing and not lit. The rooms are dirty and the entire hotel smells like a used diaper. Don't stay at this hotel.

I live in Albuquerque, the only reason I got these rooms is for my 9 year old daughter to be able to swim, as this was her birthday wish. Her birthday being in the winter, I needed a indoor pool. I wasted money I really do not have to not use the facility for what I needed it for. The pool was freezing cold along with the hot tub. Management was notified by multiple families of this, and nothing was said or done. I hope to compensated, even if its just another room, as long as the pool is working correctly.
