"10/10 Excellent hotel? BEWARE those repeats! Stayed 4 nights, should have left after 2. Arrived to hotel - “We have no internet atm” (they "didn't know when it would be fixed"-broken for all 5 days!). First room155 had a shower that poured water out of both the faucet and the shower head. Add to that a slow drain, tub fills too fast to get decent shower. And no internet, can't work from room? Investigated refund for the rest of the stay; instead choose to switch rooms. Moved to room 116. Went to room, keys couldn't open doors, like the locks would turn, but the handle was broken. Back to desk, give us room 101(night 3). Very decent room, seems updated, shower works. We read, go to bed. Next (the final) night, want to relax and watch tv. Turn tv "on", tv not working properly. Hit Netflix button on remote control, no response. Try multiple times (Netflix worked in first room); pick up phone to call front desk for help. Phone doesn't work. Head down to front desk, explain situation - "we will send someone over to investigate phone and tv". 90 minutes later, still no one comes. Too tired with this hotel and go to bed. Early morning flight, up at 530am. Wake up, go to take shower. MULTIPLE FLYING ANTS IN BATHROOM. Open door to hall, F'ANTS swarm! Get home. Feel a refund request is legitimate. Over 10 days, 1 voicemail to GM Bruce, 1 call to another manager ("I'll check with my team and call you back" - NEVER CALLS), 1 email to hotel email on website - 0 RESPONSES! BOOKATOWNRISK
