The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom sink, tub/shower, toilet and faucets looked updated. The sink cabinet’s paint was chipped and corner of the molding was damaged. The shower pressure was excellent. The furniture in the room looked dated and some pieces showed a lot of chips and wear. But it was clean. Big window looking over the pool courtyard. Big parking lot but not secured.

Very good staff and value for the money. Hotel is dated, and the bathrooms could use touchup-bubbling paint on walls, bathroom vanity base needs repaint or replacement. The hotel grounds were very nice and the continental breakfast good. the area around the hotel is somewhat sketchy-didn't feel comfortable walking around there after dark. It backs up to the Crowne Royal which was a good option for dinner.

Two minor issues: I wasn’t sharp enough to boost the temp above 65, but that is perfect for sleeping, anyway. The water temp in shower took a bit to get warm enough, but it did make it. The young lady at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. She gave me preferences for room locations, and filled each request. This is my second stay, and will definitely return.

Overall…ok. Room smelt like cigarettes, the shower took 45 minutes to get hot water, Breakfast didn’t have any protein options but the staff was very nice and the room was spacious

This hotel was not anything like the photos. It’s rundown and shabby. The furniture in the rooms are is all outdated, chipped and stained. At least the bedding was clean! The coffee was horrible and the breakfast very sparse and bland. I would not recommend this hotel at all! I couldn’t wait to leave.

Staff was very courteous. We were disappointed in the breakfast selection, all carbohydrates and no protein. Would also have liked to have hot water for tea available at times other than just at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Overall our experience was okay.

Very nice and very clean. Breakfast was lacking, but I think that is reflected by the low price for the room. The bed was super comfy and shower was hot. Highly recommend for a budget hotel room. $50 incident fee charged at checkin. Returned at checkout??
