Place was very nice very secure however the complimentary breakfast was limited. Only offered was pancakes and beagles. No protein included (such as eggs or becon). But over all the hotel was very pleasant.

Front desk staff were great There was a big wet spot on the carpet by the corner of the bed. Having a small balcony with a slider was great, but the slider would not close all the way so the wind would howl through the gap

Treated Like Family

We stay at Queque a lot. That being said, its been a full year since our last visit. The brilliant young receptionist RECOGNIZED us, asked how we are and where we've been ! Here's why that's a Big Deal: She has been at that desk long enough to recognize and remember us. This makes it clear that customers are not the only people being treated well at Querque. It''s the 2020's. Very few hospitality establishments seem able to maintain a consistent staff. Clearly Querque honors their employees and treats them well. This then trickles down to guests being welcomed and treated with a sincere, gentle touch. YES ! That's a big deal. R & E

It’s an older hotel but clean and fit our needs. We couldn’t get the stopper in the bath tub to work but that’s minor. Courteous staff.

Our family had a very comfortable stay. We came to the Ballon Fiesta and left the hotel before the time they served breakfast and they had a breakfast bag and juice for us to take with us. Thank you Querque Hotel.
