Nice place to stay.

A little older of a hotel but i find it to be in a safe area, easily accessible, decent price. It has a covered pool area, nice garden patio area around it, pet friendly i believe. Also love that it has balconies that you can actually open and step outside for a bit. Beds could be upgraded but they aren't terrible. Overall all good stay.

Room seemed clean. Property is a bit older. We were not told that breakfast was provided so wasted $25 on breakfast our first morning. Bed and piĺlows were okay. My main complaint is that twice i asked very politely to be put in a quiet room. Instead of putting us in a courtyard facing room we got a room facing the interstate. There weren't that many travelers. I'm sure there were quieter rooms.

We've stayed a Querque over a dozen times, this stay was unsatisfactory. Usually the rooms are very clean. We encountered a few surprising things. We found live cockroaches in our restroom, our bathtub had a very slow drain, and there was ants coming in from a tiny hole in the wall where the carpet meets the wall. Our food was affected by this.

We were traveling to take my granddaughter to college from California to Houston and back we got there in the evening around 8 had reservations checked in staff was dismissive at best. Had to go out and around building to get to our room where there were a few people not looking so safe I will say. We just went in and showered went to sleep we decided to wait it out a bit in the morning to have breakfast well DONT! The breakfast was cereal , watered down juice, hard bagels with flies in the container, heated pancakes, and expired yogurt that was it that was breakfast smh being on the road for 7 days we didn’t expect much the nights we stopped but this was disappointing considering the price we paid.

Great place to stay in Albuquerque.

The hotel seems to share the property with the Crown Plaza next door and it was very secure. The bed was relatively comfortable as were the pillows. We could easily control the room temperature. The indoor pool was great and the first night, the hot tub was perfect. The last night, the hot tub was really murky and didn't look appealing so we didn't use it. Issues were inconsistent times for room cleanings, water was shut off completely for one whole day and a manager just came into our room in the afternoon when we happened to be there. The cleaning maids were excellent! They did a very thorough job. Bonus for the breakfast that was provided and the times they had it available. Overall, we liked the place and would stay there again.

What a bad experience

At first the room looks ok. Then you realize the toilet set is broken, you need to be a contortioist to reach the TP. The king size bed was made with queen size sheet. The pillows collapsed into nothing. The pool is closed AND they don't have water and when it came back on it was brown.

Upgrade your hotel.

Breakfast was not great.. was hoping for a hot continental breakfast but it was cold food.. had pancakes 2days in a row. Doors weren’t opened. Pool had mosquitoes.. my 11 month old son got very sick.

The staff was great and everyone was so polite! They really made my stay a bit more comfortable. My only suggestion is monitoring those who are smoking in their rooms. Most of the nights, I had to try and stop air flowing into my room at certain times because rooms around me were smoking marijuana and it was very overwhelming. My last night, the smoke detectors in the building went off at 3am and everyone in the building went to evacuate. It ruined what would have been an overall okay experience. But that staff was super friendly!
