Clean. Safe. Roomy. Well lit parking lot. They clean up breakfast right at 9am. I only got hot tea & apples as I was at breakfast at 9am. Check-in/Check-out staff friendly.

Room was dated, the rug frayed, and spotted. The bed and rooom smelled like mildew. The matress was old and saggy. The linens and towels were clean. The bathroom floor looked clean, as was the bathtub and sink. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel.

I was convinced this was going to be a boutique-y hotel from the photo. Nope. It's an old Holiday Inn-type hotel someone bought and renamed. There is no lounge area like there is on the photo. Mediocre. Nothing wrong with it; just not what it implies it is. Great pillows!

Room was adequate, there were dirty wipe marks on common surfaces like doors. Broken/ cracked lamp shades. Storeroom doors were left open . Breakfast was a joke, pancakes and a muffin. Coffee was ok. On Arrival staff was irritated and short with me , subsequent sad were friendly and courteous. Furniture was visibly worn. In floor lamp was missing the shelf meant to be used for drinks/book rest. The “fragrance” in the room was cherry car freshener and overwhelming. It did how ever fade over the course of the evening. I stayed because there was not availability at area hotels.

I didn't take photos, but there were white stains on the brown velvet base that the mattress sat on. I can only imagine what they were. I was on the third floor, and the hallway to my room looked rundown, sad, and uninspired. I had heard good things about this hotel which is why I chose to stay there. The chair near the balcony showed signs of the white stains I mentioned earlier, and the rolling chair at the desk, it's plastic upholstery was cracked and chipping. The bathroom decent, and i must say that the mattress was comfortable, but I would recommend taking your own pillow. And I cannot speak about breakfast because I do not know if it was an available option, the receptionist didn't mention anything. I would recommend this hotel if nothing else was available, but overpriced for the quality you will receive. I paid 316.00 plus a 50 dollar deposit, which I did get back.

Place was very nice very secure however the complimentary breakfast was limited. Only offered was pancakes and beagles. No protein included (such as eggs or becon). But over all the hotel was very pleasant.

Front desk staff were great There was a big wet spot on the carpet by the corner of the bed. Having a small balcony with a slider was great, but the slider would not close all the way so the wind would howl through the gap

Treated Like Family

We stay at Queque a lot. That being said, its been a full year since our last visit. The brilliant young receptionist RECOGNIZED us, asked how we are and where we've been ! Here's why that's a Big Deal: She has been at that desk long enough to recognize and remember us. This makes it clear that customers are not the only people being treated well at Querque. It''s the 2020's. Very few hospitality establishments seem able to maintain a consistent staff. Clearly Querque honors their employees and treats them well. This then trickles down to guests being welcomed and treated with a sincere, gentle touch. YES ! That's a big deal. R & E
