Air-conditioned Villa with WiFi and Heated Private Pool in Beautiful Garden

This air-conditioned 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 5) with large heated private pool (8mx4m) in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The private pool can be heated to 28 degrees Celsius (from 01/06 to 01/10) if booked at least 7 days before arrival. Heating outside of this period, on request at 100€/week. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine ... There are 3 terraces (1 closed, 1 open, 1 sun terrace) all overviewing the garden and pool. From the sun terrace you have a nice view on the mountains, natural park, light house and a small sea view. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, ... are also provided. The villa is supplied clean, and will be cleaned for you upon departure. The villa is a non-smoking property. (Reg. Excellent villa in lovely location
Communication with owner was excellent. Herwig responded very promptly answering all questions. There was lots of information in the villa including list of restaurants and things to do. Kitchen was well equipped and bbq was a bonus. The pool was lovely and great to cool down in the hot sun. The garden had plenty of plants and flowers adding interest to the garden. All in all a great stay

We had a great time in Alcossebre! The house is ideal for a family of 4-5 people. The pool helped us cool off, which is necessary because the high humidity made it feel even warmer than it already was. And otherwise there was still the air conditioning, which did what it was supposed to do perfectly. The accessories were also nice: bicycles, air mattresses and toys for the pool, etc. Highly recommended!

Superb Holiday
Fantastic property and in superb location. Enjoyed every minute of our break and the property made the stay so much better. The house was clean and tidy and had all the things required to make the stay more than comfortable. Checking in was great and easy. The pool was superb and so nice to be able to take a swim whenever we wanted to cool off I would totally recommend staying here and we will certainly considered it for any future stays in Alcossebre Easy access to town and the resturants and beanches. 20 mins from Castellon Airport so travelling was easy to. Thank you for being super hosts and look forward to booking again in the future Simon , Lynne and Jack

Excellent holiday In beautiful property
I have stayed in this area for many holidays and this villa is the best overall by far. The villa itself is very well equipped with everything you could ask for. The garden was lovely and the pool excellent! The location of the villa is prefect. It is far enough out of the centre to be quiet but close enough to enjoy the many great restaurants and the atmosphere in the centre. We will be booking for next year.

Perfect location
The villa is beautiful and well equipped for a family, the pool is a lovely bonus as are all the pool toys and bikes. The beds were comfortable and with the covered terrace there’s plenty of space for everyone. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach and possibly 10 - 15 mins to the centre. In November it was very quiet but I imagine it’s a hive of activity in the season. We hope to visit again.

High quality villa
Just had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. Located in a quiet street on the outskirts of Alcossebre . Easy to find and close to local amenities, shops, supermarket, beach and restaurants. Owners were very friendly and met us on arrival, kindly helped with our bags and showed us around the villa. Villa really is lovely, clean and in very good condition, shower is great, pool fabulous, all facilities very good. Highly recommend. Thank you

Stunning villa for a wonderful, relaxing family holiday!
We stayed at the villa for 7 nights, (2 adults and 2 children, 13 and 10 years old). The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners very attentive if you need help. The rooms are all perfect and the pool is fantastic. We enjoyed visiting the local town and beaches, the nearest beach was a short walk away (Cala Blanca) where you can swim or snorkel. Day trips are within easy reach....the kids loved Aquarama water park in Bencassim, L’Oceanographíc aquarium in Valencia was superb, and visit Peñíscola at night time and climb up to the restaurants by the top of the castle. All in all it was a fabulous place to rest, enjoy the coastline and recharge our batteries!..... and thank you to the owners who made it all so easy.

High quality accomodation, perfect for our small family
Just returned from a two week stay. We didn't want to leave! Lovely well-maintained house and gardens with a good sized pool. There was lots of lovely touches and attention to detail by the owners, including a welcome pack of basic food essentials on arrival and a garage full of pool toys, beach accessories and adult/child bikes. Beaches restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. Alcossebre is a lovely small town/resort. Very relaxed and family friendly. It has all the facilities of a beach resort without being commercial or built-up. My six and eight year olds were in heaven with the pool with all the pool toys/accessories included so it was difficult to drag them away. As a result, we didn't get to see the local area as much as we would have liked. We made one day trip to the aquarium in Valencia which I'd highly recommend. Its roughly an hour and a half drive from the house. It is the largest of its kind in Europe and my kids were just blown away. The entry was expensive but worth it, we thought. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall and would highly recommend this accomodation.

Beautiful location, perfect holiday!
Beautiful and well equipped house with a nice garden and swimming pool. The house is close to the beach and within walking distance of the bakery and a small shop. We really enjoyed our holiday in Villa Cala Blanca!!

The villa is quietly located just minutes from the Serra d'Irta Natural Park which is perfect for for an evening stroll or longer daytime ramble.It is very well equipped ,freshly decorated and extremely comfortable.The pool is lovely and with a cover made swimming in October possible.A lovely villa in a peaceful situation.

Bonjour, La location a été conforme à nos attentes voire plus...... A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé une belle maison,propre avec tout le confort attendu pour passer un bon séjour.Même les ingrédients de cuisine étaient là. Le garage équpé de vélos nous a permis de faire quelques ballades en bord de mer qui se situe à un centaine de mètres de la maison. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour avec toutefois un petit bémol sur la literie qui mérite d'être changée. Merci encore ......................
