This traditional property is set amongst beautiful gardens not far from the old town of Alcudia, in the relatively undiscovered area of Mal Pas. It is just minutes from two very nice sandy beaches and also the popular scuba diving and sailing region of Bonaire.
Accessed through a gated entry and winding drive this property can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
The main house has numerous covered terraces. Entry is gained through a stained glass front door that has the owner's coat of arms on it.
The sitting room has three sofas, a marble dining table, grandfather clock and access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool.
Off of the entrance foyer is a light filled twin bedded room and bathroom.
There is a huge master suite with a 190cm wide bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower.
Downstairs is a bedroom furnished with two double beds, wardrobes and a sitting room. The large bathroom has a tub with shower over it.
The first floor has a landing with access to a terrace giving views to the Mountains, Pto Pollença and the Bay of Pollença. There is a doubled bedded room with walk-in wardrobe, access to a terrace and en suite bathroom. There is another double bedded room with wardrobes, mountain views and en suite bathroom.
Across the courtyard you will find an annex. It has a huge sitting room with with 3 sofas, a log burning stove, dining table and glass doors opening to the garden.
There is a bedroom with 2 double beds that has direct access to a bathroom. There is also a twin bedded room with garden views and en suite bathroom.
In the garden there is a large summer house that has glass walls to three sides. It has an enormous wooden dining table sitting 14 diners, a brick fire place, fully equipped kitchen and cloakroom.
Outside you will find a summer kitchen with large brick built BBQ, sink and fridge.
There are numerous sitting areas, shady spots with hammocks and a table tennis table.
The pool has Roman steps, is 10m x 5m and is 1,20m - 2,00m deep. The solarium has sufficient sun loungers for all guests and has a covered pool bar which comes supplied with a small fridge. Furthermore you can add a 30 litres of draft beer to the reservation.
