What? No coffee?
My only real complaint is that the "free" wifi was not working correctly. In the hotel's defense, they did tell me they had a new system that had just been installed within the past few days. I had to call a # and have an offshore rep hook me up manually. It took almost a half hour. Otherwise, my only other gripe was that there was no coffee available between lunch and dinner. Most hotels I have stayed at have at least an airpot with hot coffee and water for those who drink tea. My only option was to Uber Eats a coffee which in the end cost me approximately $13 for just a regular coffee. Nothing special. But the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly. I was hoping for a bathtub, but didn't realize this hotel does not have that option. I would stay here again if the need arose.

The staff at the desk was very helpful. However there was one employee at the Starbucks counter that was not helpful at all. The room was clean but did not have WiFi for the first day.

The condition of the room was really unacceptable for nearly 300 per night. The furniture is old and worn. The toilet paper holder was held in place by rubber bands and scotch tape. The room smelled damp. Perhaps an AC issue perhaps residual from cleaning up after a smoker. Also they forgot to clean the room one day. Would not go back if possible.

I like their bistro but they should have other options with other religious people like for example not having beacon putting inside their breakfast sandwiches and burritos. That should be optional for customers. But once you put it in there I won’t say take it out anymore because it’s already mixed up with other ingredients.
