I was given a free upgrade to a full ocean view suite (up from a deluxe ocean view, I think) which provided a huge suite with an expansive view of Alexandria and the ocean. The buffet breakfast was very good, except it was very crowded on the first morning. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Hilton hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. I paid for an ocean view room, but the view was obstructed by construction, dirt, and trash. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, specifically Sagy Taher, I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I was considering canceling my stay early. Unfortunately, her response was dismissive, indicating that it was not their problem. This lack of customer service was frustrating, and ultimately, I had to book another hotel room. Overall, my stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I am so disappointed in my stay at Hilton's. We travel a lot and our go to hotel has always been the Hilton's unfortunately checking in to this Hilton has made me not want to ever use Hilton again. The room has a nasty oder, the bathroom was dirty, the pillows and so old and deflated. I felt grossed out to take a shower in that bathroom or to even lay in that bed. We let the front desk know and they sent someone to clean it but it was still so nasty. And omg the smell, traumatized even thinking about it. I don't think I will stay with Hilton in the future.

The food and restaurants are excellent as is the staff managing these. We had a number of meals at Gourmandise and Santorini and they were perfect. What I didn't like was the time takwn to che k in, took more than 30 minutes, even though we arrived around 3 pm. Room for the tariif was too samll and the bathroom more so.
