Property was clean, reasonably priced, and less than 10 minutes from the Metro into DC. There is a shopping plaza less than a 5-minute walk away that had numerous dining options. I didn't care for the leaf blower outside the door a few minutes past 7 AM this past Monday though.

Could have been better.
Minus no microwave or fridge, everything was good. Supposed to be a smoke free rooms, but as we passed by several fooms on our floor it smelled like weed. The floor in our room was sticky and there was haor all around the beds. We had to fix our tv, it would not cut on. The outlet behind the tv did not work. So we had to take the tv off the wall and put in the lower outlet. Half the channels couldnt be watch, due to they were frozen the whole two day stay. The area is quite, only they did have people who resided there.

Good budget Hotel, but not recommend for families
Area is not welcoming, off the freeway. Rooms do not have Microwave, fridge. Combined w two hotels, hotel guests looks shady. Good only for 1 night stay if no other option available.
