We always stay at Hamptons because we were never disappointed. But this time we were. When we got in our room late it was way too warm for our liking. On the thermostat on the wall was a paper taped to it saying to use the unit under the window. The unit was old, broken pieces and gross. You could see toenails, food and garbage in the fan. We eventually were able to start the unit but in the middle of the night it stopped and wouldn’t start again after. By early morning it was now almost 80 degrees in our room. My husband and I haven’t slept good at all because it was too hot. When we checked out my husband mentioned to the front desk that the unit wasn’t working and the employee said that it was always like that this time of year. That they are always having issues with the heating et cooling system. They didn’t offer anything. We left and we won’t be staying at that Hampton ever again.

This was a last minute booking to sirens the night. The hotel was well lit, parking was plentiful out was clean. Staff was friendly and prompt.
