Fantastic newly built villa, with capacity for 12 people in Alhaurín el Grande with air conditioning, wifi and private pool. The accommodation has a supplement for travellers 11 and 12.

The Villa is fully equipped, with maximum quality and comfort details. The owners have invested in a complete photovoltaic and thermal solar energy installation to eliminate CO2 emissions.

Also, this property stands out for having an electric car charger. If you have an electric car, you can charge it during the night with total comfort while resting.

It has 6 bedrooms, 4 of them with a double bed and the remaining 2 with two single beds each. It also has 3 bathrooms with shower, one with a bathtub and a toilet in the pool area, independent kitchen and dining room.

Lovely villa
The villa was lovely and spacious pool area fantastic lovely place to relax you do need transport because it's a little out of the way all the resorts are half hour drive away but we dident mind about that we would definitely go again the owners was very lovely people if we needed anything they was straight there no problem

Fabulous house lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Very well equipped with everything you could need inside and out. The owners were lovely people to deal with and very helpful. We were a family of three generations and all were happy with the house

Brilliant Villa
A lovely Villa in the country, Villa owner messaged on the morning of arrival asking what time we will arrive. A small selection of crisps, tea, milk and water were provided on arrival and were made to feel welcome. The villa was very clean and were shown how to use the aircon. The aircon is on a timer ( 1 hour) and for us bits can get a tad warm in there when it goes off in the night. The villa is located by some dog kennels and can be a bit noisy on the evening however we were on the ground floor and didn't hear anything. Members of our family were on the first floor and heard it more. The villa owners brought us fresh figs and pecan nuts on he second day and that really was a fabulous touch. The villa is part of the ECOmed programme and we thought this was fantastic that they contribute t a more cleaner area. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay again in he future

This residence is very suitable for a family stay with kids that can be around a pool. Also it is appreciated that the equipment covered the number of guests all around (subbed, chairs, dining tables inside and out etc.) I can only recommend this house Erik

Wonderful stay in Spain
We were 8 adults and 3 children 4, 4 and 7 years old, and stayed in the villa for 14 nights. The villa is wonderfully layed out for a holiday with friends or family. Enough bedrooms and barhrooms as well as well equipped kitchen and living area. But the main feature you come for really is the outdoor area. It is clear the owners have given the amenities much thought: there are enough sun loungers, shaded areas and a full bathroom available by the pool area. There are also numerous seating areas outside and good parking space. You have, a view to the mountains and often a nice breeze. We all loved the pool and have had a lot of fun in it. Margrethe

Villa très agréable
Excellent accueil de Pepa. La villa est très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est extra et les équipements extérieurs adéquats. Cette villa est faite pour les séjours en famille avec enfants. Possibilité de s'approvisionner à seulement 8 minutes en voiture avec commerce, station service et autres. Possibilité de se rendre à la plage d'Estepona à 35 min en voiture ou petite rando guidée à El Caminito del Rey à 30 min en voiture. Un grand merci à Pepa et son mari. Nous recommandons. Good stay
The house is nice so the garden and the area aprons it. Owner takes credit card upon arrival. Don’t bring cash like I did. We liked everything. If there is one thing I could complain about is the astray dogs. To be honest, haven’t had one night of perfect sleep. There are loose dogs all over the place and as one of the younger kids said. The dogs are having a party. Unfortunately this is nothing the owner can do about. So bring earplugs

Perfect villa for 3 families with young children
We stayed here with 3 families (6 adults and 5 children between 0 and 4 years old). The house was well equipped for us with 6 separate bedrooms, each with his own bathroom. The living room was a bit dark and small in comparison to the bedrooms and the outside but all together it was just a great place. Especially the garden (including pool) and the playing area for the kids were amazing. Also their is tons of thins to do within max 30 minutes driving.

Parfait séjour
Un grand merci à Pepa et Salvador pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse (3kg de prunes pendant le séjour rapportés de leur jardin) ! Cette villa est parfaite pour les vacances en famille ou entre amis, chacun à son espace et son indépendance tout en pouvant profiter d’être en groupe. Nous étions 8 durant notre séjour et nous recommandons largement. Il est toutefois conseillé de se louer une voiture pour y aller. Entretien de la maison impeccable, aussi propre que sur les photos présentées. Je reviendrais !
