Excellent experience for me and my family after a nightmare in Paris and Barcelona. Abdel, the front desk person was excellent,Respectful, helpful and very friendly, and very good communication for check in. Super clean place and very well maintained. An excellent property in top grand condition, nothing was left out. They are modern, fresh and clean and the staff were super. They are located in the old quarter and 5 minutes from the sea front.

We arrived at the apt a couple of hours early and we were just going to leave our bags and come back later - Abdel at the desk arranged for us to come back in 30 mins and he would have it ready for us. We couldn’t fault Abdel or the apt Everything was first class and we will definitely be recommending it to people and using again when we come back to Alicante

The suites are really well located close to everything and about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. The suite had everything you could need and seemed brand new. There was a bit of noise from the street but nothing that would keep you awake as they've put in two sets of windows. I highly recommend Arenal Suites.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting alicante, Spain.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Alicante.
This is a fantastic apartment in the old town area of Alicante. Modern, clean and accessible. Well fitted out. Positives are its position for the sea-front promenade and shops and restaurants, and the condition of the apartment. Negatives are the noise level if you stay in one of the apartments at the front overlooking a busy alley with bars and restaurants. The noise continues most of the night, certainly until 3 or 4 am. Hot water was just sufficient, but a hotter shower temperature would have been helpful.

This is a very nice place to stay. It's close to the beach & many restaurants and shopping. The suite was very clean with 2 TVs providing English channels, Netflix, prime and many other apps for entertainment. The water pressure in the shower was very good. This is definitely a home away from home. I highly recommend this property. The staff Abdel was very helpful. He would come and show me how o operate things if I ad any questions.
