Good location! Many things to do and lots of restaurants near the hotel! The staff at the hotel could have been nicer and more welcoming! They were barely talking to us although we waited quite some time as the room's keys were not working! Other than that, great location, beautiful Panama!

Beautiful location, however, the outside of the hotel needs maintenance work. Our rooms balcony railing was not attached to the building wall on one side and there were broken tiles outside by the pool area.

My initial impression of the property is negative. The room itself is spacious and looks nice but I had to wipe the floor. There is no beach in front of the hotel as they show in their advertising. The pool area was littered with garbage and looks like an area that isn't used any more with no pool chairs. Dirtiest pool I have ever seen. Why is it called a beach house?
