Newer glass shower door leaked water onto floor. Understand the ecofriendly concept but 3 full size towels is exponentially better than two towels. Please upgrade to quality 2xply toilet paper

Roll in shower has a hump that wheelchair cannot get over making the grab bar inaccessible. Bed mattress bottoms out (no pillow top), talked to breakfast cook re: soggy bacon And not being any or enough available, yet each 3 days bacon was obviously being cooked AFTER breakfast bar served, as you could smell it. Breakfast sausage substitute undercooked and greasy. Oatmeal runny. The excuse of her not having time or any didn’t hold true. Especially watching her stand there on her phone. I guess staff breakfast takes priority ! Front desk staff and cleaning staff very nice and accommodating though. Good snack and drink selection for reasonable prices. But no cash purchase available, so we went next door to Wyndham for that. Lots of parking. Though it seemed the accessible stalls were being abused by some that clearly were not physically challenged. Dog owners terrible at cleaning up poos during our 4 nights but lots of areas to let them do their business with bags and cans provided by hotel. Great location to get to popular sites.

My room was clean. No matter where I went in or around the hotel, someone was always cleaning, wiping, swabbing, washing, polishing. I recently stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and polite which goes a long way. Lacy, Dwight, Norma, and the others....thank you! The hotel was seemingly full every night, but it was always quiet. Breakfast 6-9. Pancakes, eggs, alternating bacon and sausage daily. Breads, drinks, etc. Drawbacks: My room was quite small. Big enough for just 1 person. It lacked counter space to set up your belongings. No drawers or closet. I was alone so, I was able to put my stuff on the other bed. The parking lot was small and full by sunset and if you didn't get a spot, you would have to park at the other hotel next door. Most nights, many stalls were taken by trucks with their construction trailers or UHauls, travel trailers, buses. So, if you arrive late, you'll have to walk over from the lot next door (2-3 minutes). Would I stay again? Absolutely!! I'll be back at the end of the month!!

Check-in did not start with a hello or welcome but just a request to see my drivers license. No mention to enjoy my stay just a comment about the time for breakfast. Front desk seemed very indifferent to being welcoming. Hallways need to be vacuumed. Room was clean but is very basic. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Small fridge. Coffee and hot water in lobby barely warm. Later I left my room and found a dog roaming the hallway and it had left a surprise on the carpet. I reported it to the front desk and she stated yes she knew but when she looked earlier the dog was not there. I told it was there now and again no response as if it would be resolved. Upon returning another guest said they would take the dog to their room and call the front desk and that guest cleaned up the mess. That was nice of them but again the front desk seemed to be I different to resolving the issue. Breakfast very basic and limited selection. Good location but based on the front desk attitude and the room not having coffee maker at minimum I will pass on in the future.

Our hotel accommodations very clean.The colors and shapes of the window shades were jarring. (Reminiscent of the 60’s decor?) More soothing colors throughout the hotel would have been appreciated. The lobby was quite spacious and light. Did not shop nearby. The staff were always very knowledgeable and pleasant but sometimes hard to find. For example, in the morning there were guests lined up at the front ready to check out and no one was there. I had to ask the staff in the morning to fill or replace the coffee and/or tea because the canisters either were empty or the contents lukewarm. The beds were quite comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Location of the hotel was great for easy on/off the freeway and there was loads of retail available very near by. The rate was reasonable though I didn’t realize when I booked that I would not earn my points since I inadvertently booked through a third party. The internet worked fine. As our stay was very brief, there is nothing else to report. The quality of the breakfast was adequate, nothing special or different. Toasting bread was a challenge. The toaster was outdated and inadequate in size. It truly needs replacing as people gave up with the long wait. As always, I Appreciated the complimentary bottles of water upon arrival and the next morning I filled my empty bottles from the dispenser (nice touch) but questioned the quality of the water from the dispenser as the taste was awful. I did ask but was it really filtered water?
