The room had stains on the bedding, door handle to bathroom didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work and no back ups at desk for me to use a different one. Elevator was broke and we were on the 3rd floor. Pictures on here look nice and it’s very run down. I also didn’t notice when booking there was no pool or hot tub. They do not get to charge what they are for dirty rooms and no amenities. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed, ranks as one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. There was a musty damp odor throughout the hotel. The elevator was dirty. The bedding was so thin you could see the yellow stains on the pillows underneath. The towels were damp and thin. There was hair in our bed and it was questionable if the sheets had been washed from the prior guest. I woke up to ants crawling on our beds and nightstand and my daughter pointed out boogers on the wall next to the bed. What makes it all worse is the misleading pictures online that give the impression this is a newly remodeled hotel but upon closer inspection they are architect generated images. I paid $258 for one night in this hotel and when I asked for a refund I was told the manager would be notified of my request but no money returned.

The room was as promised, with a medieval touch, though there was smell in the hall and dining area, nothing too overpowering in the room though .. Study table too small, lotion should be provided.. One thing to watch for: they might not change the bed sheets or cover daily but just make the bed. If you want to ensure the old sheets and cover are replaced, you might need to be a bit proactive and check. I understand that fewer changes of sheets are more environmentally friendly and they usually don’t reach the level of dirtiness from just one night’s sleep. However, this does cut costs, and I think the savings should be passed on to us guests. Given the service and the environment, I would expect to pay less than $110 per night rate I paid this time.

Bathroom floors look like they can’t get clean. Fridge has mold along entire door seal. Floor was too bouncy in some spots. Couch was disgustingly dirty and well worn. Elevator not working. Toilet pipes made lots of creepy noises after flushing. Bed was comfortable, though.

Do not stay here!!! This is one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The entire hotel smelled horrible. It was dirty, carpet has not been vacuumed in what looked like weeks. Towels were super thin and had stains. Mirror over the sink had a large crack. Elevator was broken. Smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. Security latch above deadbolt was missing. I could go on about how bad it was but I will leave it there. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

The pictures on website vs actuality of rooms are not accurate. Room has partial hole in sheet rock. Water stain on sheetrock in bathroom. Bathroom door handle nearly falling off. Overall condition of hotel is very bad
