Everybody was super nice, helpful, and respectful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in tip top shape Mood, the Lebanese restaurant, was So-so. Nothing to write home about.

Upon checking in, we inquired about few of their services. For a hotel in Amman, we expected the swimming pool to have designated hours for women, but it was not offered and had to use a swimming pool outside the hotel. Additionally, during the stay, someone came knocking persistently on our door in the middle of the night. when mentioned to the front desk staff, their response was less than professional saying that it's normal for things like that to happen. The problem was in their response showing no empathy or care to our comfort or well-being. We expected better than that for a 4 star hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was very beautiful, and everything was available. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful and cheerful, and their service was extremely prompt. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Ibrahim Haroon, who welcomed me on the first day and remained attentive to my needs until the last day. The spa services were excellent, including the massage, swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Everything was five stars.

Great hotel that deserves more than 5 stars. My parents stayed there for a full week on a vacation trip. They really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was super amazing. Many verity and great selections of food. The suite they got was super clean, modern and well maintained. Special thanks to Ahmad, Emad and Mohammed. They were very helpful and nice. Will come back again and again..
