We loved our stay, it was so convenient to take a shuttle to our events of each day to and from the airport. The best part was the young woman who gave us tips on how to get where we were going and tips of other places in the area we might like, She was terrific ! Our beds were great, and the room was nice and quiet, we were very satisfied with our stay‼️

The front desk managers were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Andrea was his name in the morning and the lady manager in the evening also very efficient and pleasant in reviewing the hotel features and since the Bonvoy lounge was closed she offered a drink voucher at the bar. Nice gesture. Thank you.

The hotel was very convenient and had a great lobby. Unfortunately the sky bar was closed due to a private event - we were looking forward to having a drink there. The pillows were too hard - wish they had a softer option
