Positives: Great location for airport & regular, free bus transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast; basic, but satisfactory. Negatives: No free water after breakfast. Room is far too small for x3 people. Top bunk was not made on arrival, nor for the duration of stay.

This hotel was not quite what we were expecting. The shower was in the middle of the room, which didn't afford much privacy. And I don't think the pictures showed that aspect of the room. Otherwise, the room was fine. Very small, but we were mostly just there to sleep. Breakfast was good. Not sure if it was worth the cost, but the workers were busting their butts to make sure it had everything it needed. And the breakfast hours were very generous too. Our favorite part was the airport shuttle. We used it a lot, as it was more convenient than walking to the bus station.

Being stuck at the airport in Amsterdam since Sunday morning and not getting any help with my suitcase. A place to sleep. A 12 dollar food voucher. For over 3 days. Sleeping in the terminal. I left today to a room my dad paid for. I just would think that Being in the army they would have helped me. Idk if I’m going to Germany tomorrow at noon. I booked a ticket on the train and it was cancelled. And my flight. I was going stir crazy. So I have slept most of the day. Now I’m trying to track my suitcase and there is no record of it in the website for lost baggage. So it’s been a hard trip so far. I know it’s not their fault but they could have helped me with a sleep pod and shower at the lounge. The counter turned me down and the lounge. Anyway Thanks for all your help.

The amenities and room were normal for a budget hotel - clean, etc. But the staff here is amazing. There is a snowstorm now and the staff is stressed but still kind and helpful.

The sheets weren't very clean, and had a lot of stains. Also, one of our beds has not been made and didn't have a fitted sheet. The hotel should have free hot drinks, or at least free access to a kettle.

Eco friendliness going too far?? not even a trash bag . Toilet was kinda weird in its separate room. . Have to rely on the bus to go to airport for food. Bus could be sometimes late, so be early if you have to catch a plane or a train. Otherwise it’s ok overall for a budget hotel .
