I didn't stay in this property because they didn't want me to change the date.
I reserved by mistake for Aug.16th for a transit on the 17th. I found out 5mn after my booking, so, I tried to contact them directly to change it to the 17th, and I also contacted Expedia to help on that. Nothing was successful. The IBIS agent who was replying to my email was unhelpful at all. He was sending me to Expedia, and Expedia tried to contact them, for some reason they could not do anything.
So, I decided to boycott IBIS hotels and Expedia, because no one put the real effort to solve a tiny issue.
