They charged you about everything, the room was cold and you couldn't increase the heat, and no one supported you with the bags. No breakfast included, internet is slow until you pay extra.

Was put into a wheelchair accessible room with open- type shower and didn’t like how most of the floor would get wet while showering. Clean lobby and dining. Nice furniture in lobby area. Nice staff.

I have stayed at this hotel three times now. The first time it had just opened in June 2022. It is so clean, modern and always reasonably priced. The Hotel is about 5min walk from Hoofdorp train and bus station. There are two bus stations, one is normal and runs on roads, the other runs on dedicated bus roads with no other traffic allowed which is what I use to go to and from the airport as they are so regular, never seen anything like that in the UK. Also if you are hungry there is a McDonalds two stops away on the bus. The trains are very regular to the airport and Amsterdam Central plus other parts of the country. Its about 10 mins on a train/bus to the airport. Hoofdorp has a shopping centre and restaurants. The area around the hotel has very little amenities though. The walk from the station consists of a concrete path through a farmers field but it is lit. I would go back to this hotel if I was visiting the Netherlands. The people in the Netherlands are so friendly and they speak very good English, their public transport system is great.

Location
Nice hotel for a compatitive price compared to many other AMS airport hotels. Only issue is that there’s no shuttle and while the train station is only a 15min walk, it’s a pain with luggage in the rain, wind and early morning darkness. Decided to get an Uber, who had issues finding the hotel! Only makes sense if CitizenM, Hilton and Sheraton (in terminal) are near sold out.

Just one stop beyond the airport, makes a good base to the city but away from the hustle and bustle if that’s what you want. Lovely and clean, stylish and comfortable. If I had any negative feedback, the dining room was very slow. Took an hour to get our food. Also, would have been nice for drinking water to be replenished. That aside, hotel was great; good approach to eco methods.
